DO LASER TREATMENTS HURT?
Many patients have likened the laser treatment sensation to a thin rubber band snapping against the skin. However, this experience may be felt differently, depending on the area being treated and each patient's pain tolerance.
At Cosmetic Laser Solutions, we use the Candela GentleLASE, an Alexandrite laser, which is known to be the least painful while most effective laser on the market. Additionally, a cooling pad is provided by your technician to help with the process. After a laser pulse or two, your technician will quickly place the cooling pad on the treated area to reduce redness and improve comfort.
HOW MUCH DOES LASER HAIR REMOVAL COST?
Treatments can be purchase individually or in an unlimited package*. The first amount is the cost of a single treatment followed by the package price.

*The Unlimited Treatments package includes unlimited lasering sessions for up to three years. After three years, touch-up sessions are included once every six months. Free consultations for services other than hair removal are required to determine the best treatment options.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A LASER TREATMENT?
Patients are given protective eyewear, and can expect a small hand piece that touches the skin to deliver the laser beam. Most patients experience little to no discomfort during the procedure. The treated area could become pink or red within a half hour of the procedure, but typically subsides within two hours.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED?
For laser hair removal, the number of treatments depends on skin color, hair color, and coarseness of the hair. Typically, patients see permanent removal of hair in as little as five treatments, but since each body is unique, results vary from patient to patient.
As with hair removal, the number of treatments for the removal of unwanted brown spots, spider veins, moles, and tattoos will depend on skin color, how deep and saturated the pigment it, as well as other factors that can be discussed with your laser technician.

HOW LONG DOES EACH TREATMENT TAKE?
Depending on which treatment you choose and how large the treated area is, the session could last as little as three minutes, to over a half hour. Rest assured that Cosmetic Laser Solutions' technicians provide maximum results with swift efficiency!
